Sorry to post so late, I got caught up in work. I will try to post earlier next time.

Maradith and Wallkery both turned and stared at the door. Another knock shook them out of their shock. Wallkery was to first to try to stand, only to get a stern look from Maradith.

“I wasn’t going to get up,” Wallkery stated defensively. Maradith just stared at with accusing eyes. “What? I wasn’t going to answer the door, I was just sitting up.” Wallkery sighed, “Just see who is at the door.”

Maradith seeming to just remember that someone was at the door turned and took the few steps to cross the room to the door.

Upon opening the door she recognized Bill Handson, one of her former patients who had lost his arm. “What is it, has something else happened?” she asked after they had had a staring match.

The quiet man stood for a minute, his bulking mussels blocking the majority of her vision through the doorway, then again with the door only partially open and her standing in the way she was blocking his vision as well.

“Elders want a report,” Bill replied in his standard curt, and almost military method.

Maradith stood glaring at him for a minute before answering, “Tell them I will bring her when she is healed enough to visit the village.” Closing the door before he could ask her another question.

Turning back to her patient she started her work again.
