sorry for the long hiatus, I do plan on posting more regularly so I suggest you download the app for medium or tapas and check weekly as I am going to focus on writing and will be busy with school and my other story I am writing. who knows how long it will be, currently it is only 6 pages long but who knows how it will turn out. It is currently in the same style as “a man named time” but I may change that. also, I might post it on medium in parts or just wait to finish it, I am really enjoying writing it almost as much as I am enjoying writing this. so here's hoping I can keep up with them both. all stories will be published at 9:00 PM Bangkok time.

Wallkery woke up with a start and instantly regretted waking up so fast. she had no idea how long she had slept or where she was. laying there she slowly tried to piece together her mind and recover what had happened. the slow warmth radiated inside her as she realized that Tina was sitting against the supporting beam that rested just to her left.

It had been a long time since they were children and Wallkery had been on her own for quite a few years and she had become accustomed to being on her own. but her time with maradith had changed her and showed her that she still needed people. as she lay on her back staring and barely breathing for the pain she watched her sister's face and found out how lonely she had been.

she was cast out of her village and every man in the village avoided her. even the majority of her family had shunned her, true jack and tina had still visited her and secretly kept in contact. there was also her grandfather who was didn't seem to care what people would think and walked up to share a noon meal on Shabbath day.

all that was enough to keep her going. However, her mother would walk by her and not even notice her. her father was almost worse as he would intently avoid her and if she spoke would walk in the opposite direction even if she wasent speaking to him. this is the man who would bounce her on his knee, and help her to pray for the Shabbat family meal.

tina had grown up well becoming the perfect woman, strong as any other her age and tough enough to keep the fields for any potential man. wallkery on the other hand was almost the opposite, her long hair was better suited for hiding in the underbrush than for keeping out the heat in the fields. wallkery stared up at her sister and wondered how she had never married, the tough was often one she had as most women their age had been married or engaged.

suddenly wallkery realized that she was holding tina’s hand and the events of the past flooded her. the memory of her fight with Bill, her attempt at escape, the beheading of a defenseless man, that last one she felt one she didn't really regret but still know that it wasn't the best decision she had ever made.

slowly she tested her limits fealing out each of her mussels and finding the injured bones, slowly she realized that she had already done this but did not stop till she discovered each and every one. somehow she had missed that her shoulder was also on fire the other night, but so long as she was careful she should be able to make it into the forest.

The most difficult thing would be to remove her had from Tina’s without waking her as she was in no mood for a lecture. then again maybe Tina might just help her get out of this suffocating place she was traped in.

Wallkery continued to consider her options and tried to figure out how to escape, she highly doubted that Tina would let her just walk away so she had to find another plan. slowly she turned onto her right dragging her hand from Tina’s. the fire in her chest threatened to burst out and brought silent tears to her eyes.

now free wallkery waited in silence for any indication that her sister had woken up. hearing nothing wallkery struggled her way up to a standing position. it is difficult to explain how she had done so and anyone who watched it multiple times would not fully understand it. but slowly and methodically wallkery rose to a standing position and silently though painfully she walked out of the shelter.
